MK Adviseurs – corporate movie

MK Accountants & Adviseurs is a partner for small and medium-sized businesses, associations and individuals from South Limburg, the Netherlands.
They have a wide range of services like accountancy, financial coaching or administrative support.
They asked us at Acato to make a corporate movie explainer.
With the help of that movie, they wanted to reach 3 main goals:

Increase the reach of their company, within and outside their region
Show a distinctive character and that they are front runners
Be proud of their own image

The target audiences are small to mid-size enterprises and ambitious entrepreneurs.

Their personal wishes were to have a timeless and long-lasting movie adapted for various channels. Moreover they wanted it to hold attention and not to be tedious. Finally, according to their budget it had to last approximately 90 seconds.
I was responsible for the illustration style and the motion work. The above mentioned requirements in mind, I looked up for a contemporary style which can survive through time and not being attached to one trend.

The challenge was to illustrate and animate it all in 3 weeks time, plus sound design.

P.s.: MK Adviseurs wished to have a metaphor with football in the video, because they are part of a football club and sponsor it. The video was launched for the first time during a football club event.
